Mandarin 
Ingredients:
3 cl Aperol
3 cl Amor de Maguey Espadín
2 cl Saint Germain
3 cl Mandarin juice
2 cl Lemon juice
1 cl Egg white
2 cl Oxefruit mandarin syrup
1 cl Homemade rosemary syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake. Serve in an on-the-rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange twist and a sprig of rosemary.
