Gin Fizz 
Ingredients:
3 cl. Seven Deadly Sins Gin
3 cl. Fresh lemon juice
1 cl. Oxefruit Cane Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice, except for the sparkling water. Pour into a tall, thin glass and top with sparkling water. Serve without ice. Garnish with a lemon slice.
