3 tbsp white sugar
½ lime, chopped
6 mint leaves
5 cl white rum
Top up with soda.
Place the sugar, lime, and mint in the glass and muddle. Add the rum, fill with crushed ice, stir, and top up with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
