Mediterranean Martini

Ingredients:

3 Basil leaves
1 cl Oxefruit Cane Sugar syrup
1 cl Oxefruit Strawberry syrup
1 cl Egg white
5 cl Seven Deadly Sins Gin
4 cl Lemon juice
0.5 cl Arbequina olive oil
0.5 cl Oxefruit Mandarin syrup
1 Rosemary sprig
1 Thyme sprig

Place the sugar syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, and mandarin syrup into a blender and blend. Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker, add all the remaining ingredients, and shake. Serve in a pre-chilled cocktail glass, using a double strainer (Hawthorne and fine mesh). Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a sprig of thyme.
