Spiced Piña Colada presentation

Ingredients:

5 cl Dark Rum
1.5 cl Limoncè Cream
3 cl Oxefruit Coconut Purée
5 cl Oxefruit Pineapple Purée

Blend all ingredients with ice in an electric blender, pour into a large glass, and serve with straws. Historically, a few drops of fresh lemon juice were added to taste. Four slices of fresh pineapple can be used instead of juice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
