Tiki Cocktail: Mahalo presentation

Ingredients:
2 cl cranberry syrup.
4 cl Santaren Spiced Rum.
3 cl pineapple purée.
1 cl lime juice.
Top ginger beer

Preparation:
– In a cocktail shaker, add ice to the large tin and place the small tin on top.
– Using a jigger, add the cranberry syrup, pineapple purée, and Santaren Rum.
– Squeeze half a lime.
– Close the shaker and shake vigorously.
– Fill a tiki glass with ice and pour in the mixture.
– Top with ginger beer.
– Finally, garnish with mint leaves, cranberries on a skewer, a lime twist, and a bamboo straw.
