HIP is the leading event for innovation and trends to drive the hospitality industry, where hospitality and foodservice professionals came together to show their support and map out recovery strategies for the sector in Spain.

At the trade fair, a selection of solutions and products for the hospitality industry was showcased, and its Hospitality 4.0 Congress—the global horeca innovation congress—provided many key insights on how to address the situation facing the hospitality sector, stating that many things are here to stay: hygiene protocols, delivery, etc.
