The Drink Show 2021

On May 31, June 1 and 2, the 4th Edition of The Drink Show 2021 took place at IFEMA.

The Drink Show is an international gathering for hospitality professionals where innovation and trends come together to offer a unique experience with new developments and insights into the world of mixology and spirits.

This year marked its fourth edition, reimagining the culinary experience with special focus on professionals and restaurant brands. Liquid and solid came together in an event featuring new master classes, roundtables, and tastings, led by the most prominent figures in the world of mixology at both national and international levels. A journey through flavor, innovation, and the latest developments in a constantly evolving industry.

Here is a summary of the latest edition of The Drinks Show in numbers:

• 39 exhibiting brands and more than 12,000 visitors.
• 25 top-tier national and international speakers who delivered more than 115 hours of content both live and via streaming to over 12,000 visitors, achieving more than 1,400,000 views on Facebook and Instagram.

An edition marked by the presentation of Top Cocktail Bars 2021, the list of the best cocktail bars in Spain and Portugal, and the Fine Bars list.

The 5th Edition of The Drink Show is scheduled for January 2022, where they will once again feature the collaboration of national and international professionals and continue to present the latest in innovation.
